Centre Manager - First Grammar Lithgow

I started working in early learning in 2020 and joined the team at First Grammar Lithgow in 2021. I am Diploma Qualified and working towards my bachelor’s in teaching. 

During my career, I have learnt a lot about child development and how allowing children autonomy over learning helps motivate them to be passionate learners. I want to be a guide that children can rely on to help them learn how to approach situations independently. As a teacher, I aim to allow children to grow at their own pace and develop their identity. 

First Grammar Lithgow has a strong and passionate team that collaborates with families to provide the best possible outcomes for all children. We have an open-door policy, so someone is always available to talk to families about anything they might have or want to say. We strive to build strong relationships with families by greeting each family and taking time to get to know their children and the family.
